ANTONI ORTI HERNÁNDEZ

Industrial Mechanical Engineer since 1995. During last year 2011 I pursued my knowledge widely across Industrial and Services Project Management Master Degree organized by UPC in Barcelona (finished in July.) During last 2012 I studied a Renewable Energías Postgraduate in Barcelona University. Currently I'm pursuing a MBA and ECO-Mobility traininh based on H2 Fuel Cells.

I have worked in various business sectors, from the chemical (Solvay), the marine (Solé Diesel, 13 years of experience) to clean energy (OTEM2000, 4 years as innovative entrepreneur) or Automotive Sector. Currently I am the Product Engineering Manager, Modification & Improvement for all AUSA range of products into the R&D Dpt.

This has allowed me to live many good experiences with which I could acquire and expand knowledge, while being part of teams comprised of large non-disabled peers who had not achieved my professional accomplishments. Let me remember that a good Project Manager has to be good a teamwork management, because without teamwork there are no projects, no challenges.

I have a technical vision that complement increasingly greater management skills, problem analysis and decision making to solve them efficiently and effectively.

Innovative and transparent, these are my great values. I have initiative to develop new projects and involved in new challenges. I like working in teams. I prefer a multifunction teamwork to device with a single objective: the project. I'm proactive, motivated by what is done and motivating for the team lead. I am active and restless, it makes me learn and that the team learns also. I consider myself disciplinary, hardworking, methodical, demanding, open-minded and easy to adapt to new rules. I like to see how the teamwork enjoy their achievements.
